e-Complaint Submission Dates
Start Date: Saturday, December 31, 2022
End Date: Friday, March 31, 2023 at 11:59:00 PM EST.

The following information is required to e-File:

1.The parcel number for the property in question.
  • If you are filing on multiple parcels that you own, you may include up to 3 parcels that are the same taxing district.
  • Find my parcel number
2. The contact information for the owner/complainant including a valid phone number and e-mail address.

3.Your opinion of market value for each parcel listed on the complaint.
  • The Opinion of Value is just what it sounds like; it is your opinion of the value of the parcel(s) in question. You are filing a complaint because you think the County incorrectly valued your property. You must enter an “opinion of value” stating what you think your property is worth.
  • You must enter an exact number with NO COMMAS. Count your zeros!

Additional Information:

  • It is not necessary to submit evidence at the time of filing the complaint, but any supporting documentation must be submitted at least 7 business days before the scheduled hearing.
  • You cannot upload evidence through the e-file portal. You can submit evidence by one of the following methods:

    • (2) mail to 2079 E. 9th Street, Ste 2-100, Cleveland, OH 44115
    • (3) Fax to 216-443-8282
    • (4) hand-deliver to our office



After you click submit, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with an attached copy of your complaint.
If you did not receive an email with an attachment, the Board of Revision did not receive the email and attachment either. In this instance, a complaint has not been filed *see disclaimer below*. OPEN THE ATTACHMENT IN THIS EMAIL TO VERIFY A COMPLAINT GENERATED AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ERROR MESSAGE. Once your complaint has been submitted, you may view your complaint on our website within 5 business days. .
